Nothing leaves on one pair of eyes. A second linguist reads the translation against your source file and checks meaning, names, figures and layout before it appears in your account.

Nobody is picked off a list. Every translator we work with passes a test assignment first, and their finished jobs keep going through our own quality review afterwards.
